Launching A River Legacy PSCC Capital Campaign 2017 Jpg

“Launching A River Legacy” Capital Campaign

We are launching a river legacy! Over $240,000 of the $1,000,000 project goal has been committed by individuals, businesses, foundations and other public agencies to build The Floathouse. Included in our project are 120 feet of dock, the 20×20 Floathouse office, a public restroom and the widest variety of rental craft in the area. We hope to drive 8 pilings, which have already been delivered, as soon as the “fish window” opens in July, 2017. With your help now, the entire community can have butts in boats on Petaluma’s longest park next summer. Please donate today!

Who benefits from river access?

Wanderers, voters, birders, swimmers (sometimes unintentionally!) Cyclists, community leaders, water contemplators, kids! Picnickers, collegiate competitors, friends, mud-lovers, tide observers. Rowers, ecologists & biologists, canoeists, businesspeople. Hikers, fishermen and women, homeowners, kayakers, environmental advocates, fitness enthusiasts. Naturalists, coaches, photographers… and what about you?
