Launching A River Legacy

PSCC leads the initiative for a more walkable, bikeable, boatable river.

PSCC Pilings Offloading2 Sept 2016

We’re finally ready to drive pilings (already purchased) and float The Floathouse small craft rental center, right in the downtown turning basin. Our capital campaign, Launching a River Legacy, begins December 1, 2016. We’re already 1/4 of the way to the $1 million goal. A rising tide lifts all boats, but cash buys them.  Add your efforts to ours and see you on The Floathouse docks as early as the summer of 2017!

Donate funds, labor or materials, and consider making a serious investment and have your name as part of The Floathouse scene, on a bench, life jacket, or even a boat! The Floathouse will be your access point for evening paddles, rowboat rentals, classes and camps, so help build it today, and get your butt in a boat!
