We’ll be happy to keep you in the loop with quarterly newsletters. Keep up on progress on the  Small Craft Rental Center, Community Boathouse, and our programs by signing up here.

The Petaluma Small Craft Center is easy to volunteer for. Join us at one of Petaluma’s many community events such as the Butter and Egg Days Parade, the Petaluma River Cleanup, the RiverTown Revival, and more. We also need help for the events that we host for the community, such as our annual Day on The River (first Sunday in June) or the Turkey Relay and Mixer (Saturday after Thanksgiving). PSCC needs volunteer helpers for its summer programs inlcuding the  Small Craft Summer Camps and Introduction to Sprint Kayak Racing Camp as well as our Introduction to Sailing Camps.  Contact us at to learn where you might fit in.

Who benefits from river access?

Wanderers, voters, birders, swimmers (sometimes unintentionally!) Cyclists, community leaders, water contemplators, kids! Picnickers, collegiate competitors, friends, mud-lovers, tide observers. Rowers, ecologists & biologists, canoeists, businesspeople. Hikers, fishermen and women, homeowners, kayakers, environmental advocates, fitness enthusiasts. Naturalists, coaches, photographers… and what about you?
